Shirley Abrahamson: A giant among justices in legal scholarship

Since Justice Abrahamson announced her retirement, SCOWstats (following Posner’s Cardozo: A Study in Reputation), has published a series of posts attempting to measure her influence on the law.     An interesting article. The highlights of a giant among us for so many years. It makes me wonder if the naming of the State Law Library after Justice Prosser may not have entirely been based on merit. I am often unreasonably suspicious.
